What if we were not goal focused and were still instead

What if we were not about finding more to achieve but were mindful, did less, found spaciousness

What if we were not self-critical but loved our bodies and minds with gentle acceptance

What if we were not filling up our lives with what seems important but discovered true inner being

What if this created doors to our dreams, facilitated our goals, and motivated our resolutions

I hope you live with integrity

That you have time to be alone in yourself

That you go inward – close your eyes and breathe in deeply the crisp morning air

That you see clearly the majestic purple mountains spilling with white snow

That you love yourself despite what you do, what you achieve, and who you think you are

That you believe in your spirit
